  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
  • Personal attacks, insults, or name-calling

  • Hate speech or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Doxxing (sharing someone's private information without consent)

đŸšĢ3. Prohibited Content

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:

PixLancer has a strict zero-tolerance policy for prohibited content. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning, refund, or appeal.

  • Requests to remove clothing or add nudity to images
  • Lingerie or swimwear that reveals intimate body parts
  • Boudoir photography or artistic nudes (regardless of artistic merit)

Context does not exempt content: Artistic, educational, or medical intent does not make nudity or sexual content acceptable.

3.2 Child Exploitation Material

We are legally required to report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

  • Any content exploiting, sexualizing, or endangering minors is strictly forbidden

  • Fake news or misinformation campaigns
  • Impersonation of others without consent
  • Phishing attempts or scam content

Šī¸4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Strict Copyright Policy:

PixLancer takes copyright infringement seriously. Users who violate copyright laws will face immediate account suspension or termination, and may be subject to legal action.

4.1 What You CAN Edit

  • Photos you personally took or created
  • Photos where you have explicit written permission from the copyright holder
  • Royalty-free stock photos (if the license permits editing)
  • Public domain images
  • Your own creative works

4.2 What You CANNOT Edit

  • Professional photography without permission: Wedding photos, portraits, commercial photography
  • Stock photos without proper licensing: Shutterstock, Getty Images, etc.
  • Celebrity or paparazzi photos: Unless you own the rights
  • Screenshots of copyrighted content: Movies, TV shows, video games
  • Artwork by other artists: Without explicit permission
  • Images with watermarks or logos: Removing watermarks is prohibited
  • Brand logos or trademarks: Without authorization

4.3 Watermark Removal is Prohibited

You may NOT:

  • Remove watermarks from stock photos
  • Remove photographer logos or branding
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Edit out signatures or attribution

Requests to remove watermarks will be rejected, and repeated attempts will result in account termination.

4.4 Fair Use Does Not Apply

"Fair use" is a legal concept that applies in specific contexts (education, criticism, news reporting). Most photo editing requests on PixLancer do not qualify for fair use protection. When in doubt, don't upload it.

4.5 Reporting Copyright Violations

If you believe content on PixLancer infringes your copyright, file a DMCA takedown notice at legal@pixlancer.com. For details, see our Terms of Service.

🤝5. Professional Conduct

5.1 For Requesters

✅ Best Practices

  • Provide clear, detailed instructions for your edit requests
  • Set reasonable expectations about complexity and pricing
  • Review submitted edits promptly and provide constructive feedback
  • Approve edits you're satisfied with and pay promptly
  • Communicate respectfully with editors
  • Only submit photos you have the right to edit

❌ What NOT to Do

  • Don't exploit editors: Requesting excessive revisions or free work
  • Don't approve and then dispute: Approval is final; review carefully before approving
  • Don't harass editors: Be patient and professional
  • Don't post fake requests: All requests should be genuine
  • Don't repost rejected work: If multiple editors reject your request, it may violate our guidelines

5.2 For Editors

✅ Best Practices

  • Only claim requests you can complete within the time limit
  • Read instructions carefully and ask questions if anything is unclear
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets the requester's specifications
  • Submit work on time or cancel claims you can't complete
  • Respond professionally to revision requests
  • Be honest about your skill level and limitations
  • Disclose use of AI tools when applicable

❌ What NOT to Do

  • Don't plagiarize: All work must be your own
  • Don't use templates without disclosure: Be transparent about your methods
  • Don't submit low-effort work: Quality matters
  • Don't miss deadlines repeatedly: This hurts your reputation
  • Don't accept requests you can't complete: Cancel early if needed
  • Don't outsource work without disclosure: You must do the work yourself

⭐6. Quality Standards

6.1 Edit Quality Expectations

All submitted edits should meet the following standards:

  • Technical Quality: Proper resolution, no artifacts, clean edges
  • Accuracy: Edits should address all requirements in the request
  • Aesthetics: Edits should look natural and professional
  • Completeness: All requested changes should be included
  • File Format: Delivered in the specified format

6.2 Request Quality Expectations

To help editors deliver great work, requesters should:

  • Upload high-resolution images (at least 1000px on the longest side)
  • Provide clear, specific instructions
  • Include reference images or examples when possible
  • Set realistic expectations about what's achievable
  • Offer fair compensation for the work requested

6.3 Rating System

  • Both requesters and editors can be rated after each transaction
  • Ratings should be honest and fair
  • Low ratings may affect visibility and eligibility on the platform
  • Repeated low ratings may trigger account review

💰7. Fair Pricing & Payments
